Job Description

An established civil engineering and land development firm is hiring a Land Development Engineer (EIT) in York. What you'll do: Design site layouts, grading, stormwater management and utilities for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects Prepare plan sets, calculations, reports and permit submittals in AutoCAD Civil 3D Coordinate with clients, surveyors, architects and local review agencies through approvals and construction What you bring: EIT certification 2-5 years of land development experience AutoCAD Civil 3D What's offered: $72K-$92K base salary, depending on experience Full benefits, growth path and a steady project backlog Interested?
