  • Job type: Direct hire.
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid role with approximately half the week in the office and half the week in the field.
  • Location:

  • Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, subcontractors, and project leadership to keep work moving on schedule.
  • 3 or more years of experience in residential construction management, restoration, or reconstruction.
  • Ability to read plans and specifications and write a clear, defensible scope of work.
  • Experience reviewing work in place, validating subcontractor quantities, and documenting construction progress.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage field priorities, office documentation, and project deadlines.
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments, including job sites with varying terrain and access conditions.
  • Ability to identify scope changes, differing site conditions, quality issues, and schedule risks and escalate appropriately.
