Your new role As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the successful planning and execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining project files and documentation Supporting project schedules and tracking subcontractor progress Coordinating meeting minutes and project reporting Assisting with contract administration, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Supporting monthly requisitions and monitoring subcontractor billing Coordinating site activities and reporting on project progress Assisting with punch lists and project closeout documentation This position is based in Columbia, MD, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
