None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as a high-performing leader and a dependable extension of ownership within a company that has doubled its revenue in the last year. This role is designed for a seasoned professional ready to take full end-to-end ownership of projects while growing into long-term executive leadership. How You Will Make an Impact Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple projects from pre-construction handoff through final closeout. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and two-week lookaheads to ensure on-time delivery. Synchronize subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain efficient workflow and minimize rework. Drive real-time problem solving on-site to resolve technical or logistical issues without escalation. Manage project budgets by tracking costs against estimates and identifying potential overruns early. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to provide progress updates and manage change orders. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience in a management or supervisory capacity. Proven background as a Field Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, or Foreman. Strong technical ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and project scopes. Demonstrated experience holding subcontractors and internal trades accountable to quality and safety standards. Proficiency with modern construction scheduling and project management software tools. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification.
