Prime Builder Services is a partner to GR Mitchell building material and home supply company located in Willow Street, PA. Prime is a turnkey rough framing subcontractor, working with all major General Contractors in our area.

Job description:

Prime Builder Services' Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all turnkey construction projects completed by our subcontractors. This role acts as site superintendent and liaison between our customers and the construction crews that are most often tasked with; framing packages, finish carpentry, kitchen/bath installation, etc. The ability to read and analyze blueprints and other building diagrams is a requirement for this role. 5 years of commercial construction experience, specifically related to wood framed hotels and multifamily buildings, is required. Working knowledge of current building code, OSHA safety protocols, and experience communicating directly with General Contractor's Project Managers and Superintendents is pivotal to performing this role. Expanded Duties & Responsibilities 1. This role provides site management of rough framing process, window and door installation, trim installation, kitchen and bath installation, etc 2. Communicate directly with subcontractors and ensure each is provided with all necessary information to complete turnkey projects 3. Collaborate with GR Mitchell outside sales team, internal sales support, estimators, logistics manager, and delivery team to ensure all necessary materials are ordered properly and delivered as intended 4. Act as the point of contact for customer/project owner in coordination with appropriate GRM outside sales person 5. Audit performance of subcontractors; Requires physical presence at jobsites as well as use of management software (Ex. ProCore) 6. Occasional need to calculate estimates, prepare material takeoffs, operate heavy machinery, and take lead on various carpentry-related tasks 7. Coordination with the Company's Vice President as it relates to Payment Applications, Change Orders, scheduling, and overall proceedings of each project 8.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL. SOME PROJECTS WILL REQUIRE STAYING IN HOTELS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK
