Summary:
Seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field implementation activities for major capital projects within a nuclear power generation environment. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. The Construction Manager will collaborate closely with contractors, craft personnel, project teams, operations, maintenance, and other stakeholders throughout project execution, testing, turnover, and completion phases.

Required /
Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of nuclear power plant experience Experience managing large-scale external contractors and construction teams Strong knowledge of construction management, cost control, scheduling, and subcontract administration Experience executing and planning work in radiological environments Experience with large-scale, high-risk project execution Experience with nuclear power plant system replacements and upgrades Ability to perform risk analysis and implement corrective actions Microsoft Office proficiency Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to
Have:
Project planning experience at the tactical level Knowledge of operations, maintenance, project startup, and construction management processes Experience supporting outage execution activities Experience working across design, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred Minimum 5 years of nuclear power plant experience required Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
