In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Your expertise in project management, construction estimating, and site supervision will drive successful project outcomes while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols Develop detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate tasks effectively Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with blueprints, schematics, and contract specifications Manage subcontractors and vendors by coordinating work scopes, reviewing contracts, and monitoring progress Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for tracking project milestones, costs, and documentation Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and safety regulations are strictly followed Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and change orders to maintain financial control over projects Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide on-site activities and resolve technical issues promptly Facilitate communication among project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and field teams for seamless project coordination Manage project documentation including reports, logs, incident reports, and compliance records efficiently Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools Extensive knowledge of heavy civil or commercial construction projects with at least several years of site supervision experience Familiarity with construction estimating processes and contract administration Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid is highly desirable Strong understanding of project coordination principles including time management and resource allocation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Join us to lead innovative construction projects that shape communities!
