Luxury Residential The Opportunity You will serve as the primary owner and strategic leader of luxury custom residential projects from pre-construction through turnover. This role gives you full accountability to guide project finances, schedules, and trade execution while delivering high-end homes for a respected custom builder. Impact:

Manage active luxury residential projects from pre-construction planning through final punch list and turnover. Coordinate two-week look-ahead schedules alongside field Superintendents to prevent delays and maintain momentum. Direct project buyout, negotiate trade change orders, and prepare detailed subcontractor purchase orders. Track project financials, generate monthly client progress billings, and deliver regular financial forecasts. Oversee submittals, client selections, RFIs, and municipal permitting processes using Procore management software. Partner with field Superintendents daily to ensure jobsites remain safe, organized, clean, and on schedule. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience managing custom residential construction projects or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, schedules, and budgets. Proficiency using modern construction management software like Procore alongside scheduling tools. Strong leadership skills to negotiate with subcontractors and hold trade partners accountable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface directly with luxury clients and designers. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent experience Experience managing ground-up custom residential builds ranging from $7M to $20M+. Deep understanding of local South Florida building codes, coastal permitting, and inspection processes. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
