Essential Functions:
- + Provides leadership of special / strategic projects as assigned + Ensures consistent application of project management methodologies, design standards, and construction best practices; Ensures designs meet organizational standards, regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and operational need; Enforces alignment with WellSpan requirements and standards + Reviews and approves project scopes, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and delivery strategies; Provides oversight of project budgets, cost forecasting, change management, and financial reporting.

Minimum Education:
- + Bachelors Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Required
Work Experience:
- + 15+ years Experience in facilities design and construction. Required and + 5 years Experience in higher education, healthcare, government or large institutional environments. Required
Driver's License Statement:
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
