Hudson Construction Group, a leading national general contractor managing over $30 million in commercial construction projects annually, is seeking a seasoned and tech-conscious Director of Construction to oversee all construction initiatives across the United States. Specializing in hospitality, multifamily, and commercial sectors—including remodels, renovations, adaptive-reuse, and extensions—we're driving innovative solutions that redefine spaces and expectations for some of the most recognized brands in the world! Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a nationwide portfolio of high-impact commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, OSHA safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and executive leadership to foster transparency, accountability, and excellence.
- Build and mentor high-performing project management teams across multiple states and regions.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost savings, and value engineering.
- Navigate the complexities of permitting and municipality specific building codes. Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in commercial construction, preferably with national or multi-state experience.
- Proven track record in hotel, multifamily, or complex commercial renovation projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing projects exceeding $10 million contract value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the U.S.
- Experience in all relevant construction-related and estimating softwares

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$95,900.00- $110,721.
