Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or similar estimating software. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications and regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly. Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality assurance; conduct regular site inspections using Civil 3D or Bluebeam for plan verification. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or equivalent platforms for document control, progress tracking, and reporting. Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, address challenges proactively, and ensure team alignment on project goals. Oversee project scheduling efforts by managing critical path activities and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within civil or commercial sectors; familiarity with managing complex infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management practices. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately; experience with Civil 3D is preferred. Hands-on construction site experience coupled with excellent project scheduling skills; ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively. Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, environmental standards, and contractual procedures.
