Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a nationwide portfolio of high-impact commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, OSHA safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and executive leadership to foster transparency, accountability, and excellence.
• Build and mentor high-performing project management teams across multiple states and regions.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost savings, and value engineering.
• Navigate the complexities of permitting and municipality specific building codes. Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in commercial construction, preferably with national or multi-state experience.
• Proven track record in hotel, multifamily, or complex commercial renovation projects.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing projects exceeding $10 million contract value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the U.S.
• Experience in all relevant construction-related and estimating softwares
