Job Description

CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) inConstruction Management & Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) tosupport our client's Global Building Design Risk & Recovery Building Design& Engineering (GBDR BD&E). The candidate will be responsible formanaging several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with ourbusiness justifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders acrossmultiple regions and across multiple time zones. The role will be based in North America and will need towork in PT, MT, CT or ET time zone. The role will occasionally need toparticipate in European time zones. Remote candidates will be considered.
Basic Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's degree in architecture orengineering (required) 7 years' experience in Building ManagementSystems Proficiency with project/program managementtracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project,etc) Strong competency with time management,organization, and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
Experience with construction specifications:
strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26
Preferred Qualifications:
15 years' experience in Construction,Engineering/Consultant Engineering or Facilities Completed bachelor's in electrical engineeringor Controls Engineering from an accredited university Advanced degree in controls engineering orelectrical engineering. The minimum salary for the Construction Program Manager position is $105,000 annually [or $50.48 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Construction Program Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
