One year or more of experience training or developing team members in a business environment, or a related degree Proficiency in Google Workspace and automation technology Adept math and problem solving skills Experience successfully working from home in a professional environment Full availability Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm (shifts vary weekly) Availability to work uninterrupted during your shift Private home office setup including: smartphone to download JLM apps, personal computer or laptop that is not shared with others, working printer with ink, reliable internet and cell phone service Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance What a

JLM Field Team Success Coordinator Does:

Works in a hybrid role, spending part of the week in the field alongside our cleaning team and part of the week working from home on administrative and coordination responsibilities Follows our established hiring funnel, conducts interviews, and processes new team members in and out of our systems Tracks training progress and works directly with the team to ensure they receive coaching and support as needed Monitors field performance and holds the team accountable to following procedures and completing jobs within expected timeframes Tracks, reports, and maintains accountability to KPIs for themselves and the field team Helps the Operations Team to document and update any new and existing standard operating procedures (SOP's) Conducts weekly one-to-ones and team meetings. Efficiently keeps the team stocked and equipped with necessary supplies.
