Must fully commit to the project schedule and deadlines you agree to Location Hybrid•Based in the local area (Remote work allowed, with required occasional in-person site visits and team meetings) Position Overview We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers and Superintendents to join our team in fractional/contract roles. This flexible arrangement allows you to work as much or as little as you like, while maintaining full accountability for the projects you accept. You will oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Whether you prefer managing one project at a time or multiple smaller ones, this role gives you the freedom to set your own workload while working under the Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead assigned construction projects as Project Manager or Superintendent, depending on project needs and your expertise. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, safety, and quality. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays proactively. Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Provide clear and timely communication and reporting to stakeholders. Support the transition of projects between estimating, design, and construction phases. Commit fully to the project schedules and milestones you accept. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent on commercial or residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and contracts. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when remote. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for hybrid/remote days.
