You'll support our Project Managers and Superintendents on everything from bid packages to punch lists, and take on more ownership as fast as you can handle it. If you want to be a PM in a few years, this is the path. What You'll Do Assemble bid packages and level subcontractor proposals Track and expedite submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and material procurement Maintain project documentation — drawing sets, contracts, insurance certificates, permits, and daily logs Keep Trello boards, schedules, and project files current and accurate Support change order pricing and monthly billing Chase long-lead items and confirm delivery dates before they become problems Attend site meetings and owner/architect walkthroughs; write and distribute meeting minutes Run punch lists and support closeout documentation Be the person who follows up — on subs, vendors, and open items — so nothing sits What We're Looking For Ideally 1-3 years in construction (APM, project engineer, estimating, or field experience) — recent graduates with strong internship experience will be considered Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience Preferred Genuinely organized: you track open items and close them without reminders Comfortable reading architectural drawings, or eager to learn fast Strong writing and phone/email follow-through Proficient with Google Workspace and quick with new software (we run on Trello and Slack, Procore) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay:
$64,091.61 - $90,000.00 per year
