We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape/Hardscape Estimator & Project Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in generating accurate and competitive project bids, and enjoys staying hands-on throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits and work with clients, designers, and our team to confirm project scope and requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape and hardscape projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors Collaborate with the general contracting team to ensure alignment with broader project timelines and budgets when needed Track bids and follow up with clients to close estimates Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Conduct job site walkthroughs and progress meetings to ensure quality and client satisfaction Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the project Qualifications Proven experience in landscape/hardscape estimating and/or project management Strong knowledge of landscape, construction materials, and design-build processes Familiarity with reading construction plans Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Base Salary:

Negotiable based on experience

Commission:

Earn commission on all awarded estimates
