Mechanical Construction Operations Manager

Job Description Monitor daily progress of all active mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, controls). Confirm that project teams have the resources, manpower, and equipment needed for the day. Review project schedules, short‑interval plans, and identify tasks at risk of delay. Coordination With Project Managers & Field Supervisors Customer & General Contractor Communication Financial oversight Oversee procurement priorities Safety Management Review installation methods, workflows, and quality standards. Improve standard operating procedures for Essential Skills 7+ years of experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry Bachelors degree in, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus Experience managing project managers, foremen, and field crews Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
