This isn't just about answering phones; you will be the "air traffic controller" for our projects—ensuring materials arrive on time, permits are legally filed, and our customers feel heard and valued. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities Frontline Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for homeowners and contractors. You'll handle incoming calls, qualify leads, and manage the primary company inbox with professionalism and a bit of "roofing grit."
Permit Coordination:
Navigate local building departments to pull, track, and close out roofing permits. You'll be responsible for ensuring every job is compliant with city/county regulations.
Material Logistics:
Work closely with our production team to order shingles, underlayment, and metal flashings. You'll coordinate deliveries with suppliers to ensure materials hit the job site exactly when the crew arrives.
Scheduling:
Manage the master calendar for estimates and installations. You'll need to balance weather delays, crew availability, and customer expectations.
Administrative Support:
Maintain digital customer files (CRM), process basic invoices, and assist the owner/manager with daily operational tasks. Qualifications & Skills The "Juggler"
Mindset:
Ability to manage multiple moving parts (phones, permits, and suppliers) without dropping the ball.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Experience with CRM software JobNimbus, or Roofr is a major plus.
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with Spokane and surrounding permitting processes is highly preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can explain a "dry-in" to a homeowner and a "delivery error" to a supplier with equal clarity.
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in construction, roofing, or trades is preferred but not required for a quick learner. Why Join Arrow Point Roofing?
Competitive Pay Growth Potential:
We are a growing company; we value people who want to grow with us.
Culture:
A supportive, "get-it-done" environment where your work directly impacts the success of the team.
Pay:

Work Location:
