This is a hybrid position with office hours, time in the field on job sites and time spent running sales/estimating appointments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable discussing project scope with potential clients, take accurate measurements on site and overseeing projects from contract to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our organizational goals. This role requires a self-driven individual who is a strong leader who can effectively communicate with clients and crews, manage conflicts, and implement best practices in project management. Minimum 10 years construction background is a must. Pay will be hourly for production work and commission on jobs sold. Duties Provide potential clients with estimates, follow up to finalize sale. Work with Production Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Client communications. Secure necessary permits. Assist with material orders, receiving and staging. Ensure crews have the necessary components to effectively complete their projects. Visit job sites to guarantee deadlines are met and work quality meets company standards. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Minimum 10 years in construction, with a strong understanding of the building process. Hands on experience with exterior renovations. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. The ability to read plans and provide take-offs. Fork lift certified Experience towing trailers-Must have clean DMV record Join us in driving successful projects that make a difference!
