Pay Range:
$55 to $60/hour on W2 This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of workplace construction and renovation projects, from initial planning and bidding through to final completion. The individual will lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. This is a critical on-site position requiring extensive experience in commercial construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for construction and renovation. Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines effectively. Oversee contractor selection and bid processes. Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience managing large construction projects start to finish. Strong understanding of bidding, scheduling, and budget control. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
