$90,000 to $100,000 based on experience Job Summary USHS Construction LLC is hiring a Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects within occupied senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities.



This role is ideal for a construction professional experienced in multi-family or senior living renovations, managing multiple projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict compliance with life safety, ADA, and healthcare-related regulations.



Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and project execution Serve as the main point of contact for clients, property managers, and design teams Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations Constant and clear communication with clients Ensure resident safety and minimize disruptions in occupied facilities Manage permits, inspections, change orders, and cost tracking Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience with senior living, multi-family, or occupied facility renovations preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction management software Work Environment Frequent travel to active job sites Ability to walk job sites and navigate active construction areas Occasional evenings or weekends to support facility operations

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$90,000
