The ideal candidates will have previous experience in construction, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. Project Manager Plattsburgh, NY office Our Project Manager will: Determine and define scope of work and deliverables Prepare budgets, cost estimates, schedules and timelines Predict resources needed to complete projects Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory and legal prerequisites Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors Manage costs in order to meet budget Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships Manage construction schedule and activities Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Explain contract and technical matters in a clear manner Problem-solve to address delays, emergencies or other issues
