Job Description The Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing multiple commercial interior and specialised construction projects simultaneously from award through completion. Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall execution. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery. Maintaining project financials, including cost-to-complete forecasting, profitability tracking, and reporting. Reviewing and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules to keep projects on track. Partnering with field operations teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Overseeing projects across a variety of sectors, including secure facilities, corporate interiors, executive offices, conference centers, and amenity spaces. Supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle and building long-term relationships. Traveling to project sites as needed while managing projects from the Virginia office. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Proven Project Management experience within commercial construction, interiors, renovations, or tenant improvement projects. Strong understanding of subcontractor management, project scheduling, RFIs, and construction documentation. Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and job profitability. Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Knowledge of cost-to-complete forecasting and overall project financial performance. Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software. Familiarity with Vista, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is advantageous. OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain with company support. Experience with secure facility or SCIF projects is beneficial but not required. U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability and willingness to travel when project demands require.
