  • Warrenton, VA will be responsible for: Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through final completion.
Oversee project budgets, forecasting, job profitability, and cost-to-complete reporting. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while ensuring key milestones are met. Lead subcontractor and vendor management, including procurement, coordination, and performance oversight. Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate closely with field teams, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Monitor project financials and provide regular reporting to leadership. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations. Support travel to project sites throughout the United States as needed. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.   • Warrenton, VA should have: Experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction financial management, forecasting, and reporting. Ability to develop and maintain project schedules. Knowledge of cost-to-complete forecasting and job profitability analysis. Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, and project documentation. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Vista software. Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience is highly desirable. OSHA 30 certification preferred (company assistance available if needed). U.S. Citizenship required. Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
