Reconstruction Project Manager:
As our Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll take ownership of each job, communicating confidently with homeowners while keeping field work aligned with the approved scope and budget as conditions change. You achieve results by working with and through others, solving problems quickly and decisively to keep projects moving forward. Reconstruction Project Manager:
Demonstrated experience coordinating construction, reconstruction, or similar remodeling projects Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with proven ability to manage estimates, schedules, and cost controls Proven ability to communicate project details clearly and effectively across audiences through various mediums, especially when facilitating design processes with homeowners Basic knowledge of construction methods and sequencing, preferably with in-depth construction knowledge Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Familiarity with OSHA regulations and the ability to ensure safe work practices on active jobsites Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction and project management software Previous experience with restoration practices and procedures, including proficiency in Xactimate software, preferred Why you'll love working with us: Base salary range starting at $115,000+, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential Company provided vehicle for business use. Vehicle to be allowed to be driven home in evenings.
