We are actively seeking a detail-oriented expert for a crucial leadership position that merges hands-on master craftsmanship with on-site project management. Rather than dealing with disorganized job sites and delayed pay, you will be backed by a modern office team that provides elite field support and continued comprehensive training. Core Responsibilities Execute all physical aspects of full bathroom remodeling projects, ranging from framing, drywall, painting to high-end finish carpentry. Apply your specialized experience in advanced plumbing tie-ins, modern acrylic systems, and custom integrations to deliver exceptional results. Review comprehensive scopes of work and technical work orders before beginning any build to identify potential roadblocks. Assist in material ordering, track supply deliveries on-site, and manage logistics to ensure zero project downtime. Adapt instantly in the field to problem-solve hidden variables, such as rot or legacy wiring, without derailing the schedule. Serve as the central point of leadership on the job site, ensuring projects remain strictly on schedule and meet exacting quality standards. Requirements Proven, extensive experience managing comprehensive bathroom renovations and adapting to complex field challenges. A highly detail-oriented mindset with the administrative ability to review and enforce project scopes. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
