We handle architectural plans, engineering coordination, and full permit submittals for residential projects across California. We're looking for someone to take ownership of our permit process and help keep projects moving fast and organized. This is a remote position, but you must be based in California and familiar with local building departments. What you'll be doing: Prepare and submit permit applications to California cities/counties Fill out forms, upload plan sets, and manage submittals Communicate with building departments (email + phone) Track project status and follow up consistently Keep files, folders, and documents organized Make sure nothing slips through the cracks What we're looking for: Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Able to work independently and take ownership Comfortable following up and pushing things forward Experience with permitting, construction, or design is a big plus

Compensation:

$26-$36/hour depending on experience Part-time to start (with opportunity to grow into full-time) We move fast and expect the same.
