Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to manage and deliver detailed architectural facade projects from design to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building construction, project scheduling, estimating, and procurement, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. This role will primarily be an office position since we are a construction materials manufacturer and do not have on-site installation teams. However, periodic travel to vendor locations or job sites will be required. Duties Day to day management of all phases of product delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop comprehensive project plans with vendors that outline scope, objectives, resources, and schedules. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain documentation. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor vendor/installation sites across the US. Collaborate with architects, engineers, general contractors and vendors to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle. Implement effective project scheduling techniques using PM tools Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting for materials. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Skills Proficient in construction management software and tools such as Bluebeam for document management. Strong knowledge of contract management principles related to construction projects. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead teams effectively. Experience in project scheduling techniques, including the use of PM software. Solid understanding of construction estimating practices to ensure accurate financial planning. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members for successful collaboration.
