Job Description Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead complex, multi-site development and renovation projects that bring our resident-first vision to life. Based from our Baltimore/Columbia, MD area support office with hybrid flexibility, you will own projects from feasibility through opening, driving budgets, schedules, and quality while coordinating design, construction, operations, and clinical partners. You'll ensure regulatory and life-safety compliance, manage vendors and contracts, and provide executive-level reporting. This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader passionate about creating vibrant communities for seniors. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of large-scale senior living development and renovation projects Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards from concept through opening Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, construction, operations, and clinical leaders Manage vendor, contractor, and consultant relationships and negotiate key contracts Ensure regulatory, safety, and compliance standards specific to senior living and healthcare are met Develop and monitor project performance metrics and risk mitigation plans Provide executive-level reporting, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership Mentor project managers and build best-practice processes across the project portfolio Required Skills Project portfolio management Capital project budgeting and financial analysis Construction and development lifecycle management Healthcare and senior living regulatory compliance Vendor and contract negotiation Risk management and mitigation Data-driven performance reporting and forecasting Cross-functional stakeholder management Process improvement methodologies Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
