Full-Time About the Role Utility Partners of America (UPA) is seeking a proven utility operations leader to oversee utility-scale electric and gas operations. This role drives operational excellence, long‑range planning, and safe, efficient delivery of services. You'll lead cross‑functional teams, manage major capital projects while ensuring the company meets performance, safety, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across electric and gas distribution and delivery, street lighting, and yard inventory management.
• Develop long‑range operational strategies and improvement plans.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and major capital investments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NESC, APPA, and state regulations.
• Direct construction, maintenance, and project execution activities.
• Build and develop leadership talent; foster a culture of accountability and safety.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, EHS, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of electric utility operations experience; 10+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electric or gas distribution systems.
• Demonstrated success leading medium to large‑scale utility projects.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational leadership skills.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.
