Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering (Land Development)

Senior Project Manager Overview:

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join our team in a leadership capacity, with opportunities aligned to Senior Project Manager or Engineering Manager level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both technical design and project leadership, with a strong background in land development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities Prepare detailed engineering plans, calculations, and reports using industry-standard software Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver high-quality results Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements

Qualifications:

Experience in land development engineering Strong technical design and project management skills Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred (or ability to obtain)
