Job Description

East Coast Construction LLC is a growing construction company specializing in new residential construction, renovations, commercial projects, and other construction services throughout the Triangle and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, proactive Superintendent to join our growing team. This person will work alongside our current Superintendent and company leadership to help oversee day-to-day field operations, keep projects moving forward, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and help ensure our projects are completed on schedule and to our quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with 1-2 years of hands-on construction experience who is ready to take the next step , as well as an opportunity for an experienced or seasoned Superintendent looking for a new challenge with a growing company. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, communicates well, identifies problems early, and is willing to jump in and help get things done. You should be comfortable working with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and company leadership while managing multiple priorities in the field.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
