Pay:

$70 to $80/hour (Depending on experience)

5+ years of construction project management experience required. Proven experience managing security, low-voltage, structured cabling, or electrical construction projects.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Conde Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! This role is responsible for managing multiple construction and security-related projects from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading low-voltage, structured cabling, security, or electrical contracting projects and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projects, including planning, estimating, design, installation, commissioning, turnover, and warranty, while serving as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, sales, and operations teams to develop and approve Statements of Work (SOW). Participate in project development, pre-bid reviews, and estimating support. Lead Sales-to-Operations turnover meetings to ensure seamless project transitions. Develop detailed project plans and monitor execution to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage requirements, design, development, and implementation of multiple systems and applications. Prepare or oversee engineering re-estimates, forecasting, and cost-control reporting. Manage project financials, including progress billings, collections, and authorization of payments to vendors and subcontractors. Source bids and select qualified manufacturers, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and software development partners. Lead regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to customers and internal leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and at final completion. Oversee project closeout activities, including testing, training documentation, system drawings, operating manuals, billing reconciliation, and record retention. Apply both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as appropriate. Prepare or oversee Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and system baseline documentation. Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.

Position Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of MS Project (advanced proficiency preferred). Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. PMP certification preferred. ITIL certification recommended. Strong financial acumen, including experience interpreting job cost and financial reports. Excellent leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to travel occasionally throughout Southern California as needed.
