Occassionally conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, verify measurements, and gather data essential for precise estimating. Manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle by monitoring budgets, tracking changes, and adjusting estimates as needed. Prepare comprehensive bid packages that include pricing strategies, material quantities, labor costs, and subcontractor quotes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, market trends, and new VRF/VRV technologies to enhance estimate accuracy and competitiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on HVAC systems, particularly VRF/VRV technology. Strong background in Bluebeam and Service Titan Strong understanding of construction management principles, contracts, and project management processes. Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into installation processes and site logistics.
