Great Harbors Home Services Working Site Superintendent Residential Renovations Falmouth, MA (Cape Cod) | Full-Time | $95,000 - $110,000/year Lead the Field. Work With Your Hands. Build Quality. Great Harbors Home Services is a residential renovation firm based in East Falmouth, MA, specializing in well-planned interior and exterior remodeling projects. We're recognized as a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite (2024 & 2025) with a five-star Google rating. We're looking for a Working Site Superintendent a hybrid role that combines hands-on carpentry with field leadership. You'll be on the tools daily while also running the site, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality. If you're a Lead Carpenter ready to step into supervision or a Superintendent who isn't afraid to pick up tools this is the role for you. What You'll Do Perform carpentry labor framing, finishing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows Supervise carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors on site Open and secure jobsite daily; submit Daily Logs and field checklists Coordinate subs, layout, inspections, and schedule Order materials promptly; check deliveries for accuracy and damage Lead safety culture, toolbox talks, and enforce cleanliness Track and update the 3-week lookahead schedule Verify work meets plans, specs, and local code Conduct quality control pre-completion punch list Deliver invoices, collect progress payments, and handle change orders Collect final payment and project satisfaction report Handle warranty service calls Attend production meetings and support field operations How You Win You win by running an organized, safe, and accountable job site while delivering quality craftsmanship with your own hands. You submit clear Daily Logs, enforce standards, and keep subs on track. You anticipate issues before they slow the schedule and communicate risks early. Your leadership creates order, builds client trust, and ensures projects finish clean, on time, and with quality workmanship. What You Need Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or Superintendent in residential construction Strong carpentry skills framing, finishing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work on active job sites across
