Job Overview We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisors to oversee residential construction projects in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of daily field operations. This person understands that successful construction supervision requires more than observing the work. The supervisor must anticipate upcoming needs, identify potential delays, hold subcontractors accountable, protect completed work, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate problems before they affect the project schedule or budget. The Construction supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day field operations, ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest level of craftsmanship. This role requires someone who can run a tight, organized site, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain a professional presence with subcontractors, vendors, and ownership. Responsibilities Project Execution Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion Maintain and enforce the project schedule Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material staging Ensure proper installation methods and adherence to plans/specifications Quality Control Maintain high-end residential finish standards throughout all phases Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and correct deficiencies early Oversee critical scopes Site Management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Enforce OSHA safety standards and company protocols Manage site logistics including access, storage, and temporary utilities Coordination & Communication Communicate daily with Project Management on progress, issues, and updates Coordinate with inspectors to achieve all required approvals and CO Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Experience Qualifications Required Experience 5+ years of experience as a supervisor in residential construction Experience with custom or luxury home builds Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building systems Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications

Technology Proficiency:

Must be comfortable using computers, tablets, and iPads as part of daily site operations. The ability to learn and confidently use new construction-related software is essential to the role. Preferred

• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License or Rhode Island contractor or superintendent experience.
• OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Experience with multi-unit condominium or residential development construction.
• Experience supervising luxury custom homes or architecturally detailed residential projects.
