Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Women's Recovery House House Manager to oversee daily operations at our women's recovery residence. This vital role involves providing leadership, ensuring safety, managing casework, and supporting residents on their journey toward recovery and independence. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in women's lives and possess strong supervisory and crisis intervention skills, this opportunity is for you! The job requires some second shift hours so this will not be a good fit if you are only available first shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Oversight:

Conduct regular checks of the house to verify resident presence. Monitor and control access to the premises to prevent unauthorized entry. Ensure compliance with curfew schedules and parole requirements. Enforce house rules regarding guest visits and registration.

Incident Management:

Document and report any incidents promptly. Take appropriate action in case of security concerns, including contacting supervisors or law enforcement if necessary. Be available outside of normal working hours for emergency situations .

Monitoring and Compliance:

Conduct thorough perimeter checks and monitor security cameras regularly. Enforce House Rules. Work with Program Director to ensure all requirements of NARR Certification are properly implemented Assist in administering drug tests and ensuring compliance with testing protocols. Facilitate random room searches as required. Coordinate communications between House Monitors and Program Director. decisions and communications with clients. Program Manager will assist in the development of behavioral contracts but will not be responsible for delivering or enforcing these contracts.

Client Support and Engagement:

Engage with residents to build rapport and provide support. Supervise community service activities and house cleaning tasks. Encourage compliance with program requirements and participation in scheduled activities.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Manage documentation, including filling out necessary forms and updating records as required. Assist with monthly supply orders. Coordinate communications between Foundations and the Department of Probation and Parole, the courts, and other partners involved in working with or supervising Foundations tenants.

Supervise House Monitor Staff:

Communicate with house monitors to update them on changes within Foundations and current residents. Ensure timeclock is properly filled out and submitted for House Monitors for each payroll period. Schedule shifts for House Monitors and be the first line of contact for shift changes. Assist Program Manager with process of hiring and staff evaluations. Report/discuss any complaints and issues of house monitors to the Program Manager and HR.
