Construction Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role is focused on strategic project management — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills. Your expertise will drive project success, uphold safety standards, and maintain high-quality outcomes across all phases of construction. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular project updates and managing expectations. Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, including procurement, contract negotiation, and performance oversight. Ensure safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards and partnering with site leadership to promote a safe working environment. Prepare, review, and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation to mitigate risks and maintain clear scope of work. Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide financial reporting to ownership and stakeholders. Conduct quality control reviews and coordinate with field teams to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations. Experience Proven project management experience in residential and commercial construction with a track record of successful, on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong understanding of contracts, construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling processes. Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects. Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications sufficient to coordinate with design and field teams. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
