The Project Manager owns day-to-day delivery of assigned construction projects — budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and client communication — from project turnover through closeout. This role is the primary point of accountability for a project's financial and schedule performance, working closely with the Superintendent on field execution and the Project Accountant on billing and cost tracking. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Setup Lead project turnover from the estimating team, confirming scope, budget, and schedule at kickoff. Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Superintendent. Set up subcontracts, purchase orders, and submittal logs at project start. Financial & Contract Management Track project costs against budget in Foundation/Procore, identifying and addressing variances. Prepare and submit monthly owner billing and manage retainage. Review, negotiate, and process change orders (owner and subcontractor). Field Coordination & Client Communication Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Engineer on RFIs and field issues. Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day project communication. Lead or participate in owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings. 3.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of construction project management experience. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and job costing. Proficiency with Procore, Foundation, and Microsoft Office/Excel. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to active job sites. 4.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. OSHA 30 certification.
