Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, highly organized Landscape Project Coordinator to join our team and help keep our landscape construction projects running smoothly from start to finish. This is an active coordination role for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, solving problems, and making sure details do not fall through the cracks. You will work closely with our superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and office team to coordinate materials, purchase orders, project documentation, warranty work, maintenance, and job-site logistics. This is a full-time position with a combination of office work, phone and computer communication, and visits to job sites. A company truck is provided for work-related travel. What You'll Do Coordinate daily project needs with superintendents and field crews. Maintain job documentation, purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and project records. Manage information within VendorSuite and other company systems. Track additional work performed on projects and prepare Extra Purchase Orders for approval and billing. Order landscape materials including plants, irrigation supplies, ground cover, soil, dirt, and other job-specific materials. Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, quantities, availability, and deliveries. Review project estimates and help ensure the correct materials are ordered for each job. Coordinate with subcontractors and field crews regarding scheduling, materials, equipment, and job-site needs. Assist with warranty inspections, documentation, photos, invoices, and scheduling of warranty work. Coordinate landscape maintenance and punch-list items as projects approach completion. Schedule material hauling, dump trucks, and movement of dirt or materials between job sites. Visit local job sites as needed to review project needs and communicate with the field team. Help identify issues early and keep projects moving efficiently. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable managing several projects and priorities at one time. A strong communicator who can work well with office staff, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and superintendents. Dependable and able to follow through without needing constant supervision. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and project-management software. Able to problem-solve and adjust when schedules or job-site needs change. Comfortable working in both an office environment and active construction/landscape job sites. Able to manage time effectively and prioritize urgent needs. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Landscape construction Residential construction Project coordination Construction administration Purchasing or material ordering Vendor management Subcontractor coordination Property or landscape maintenance Previous landscape experience is helpful, but we are also open to someone with strong construction, operations, or project-coordination experience who is willing to learn our industry.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
