Team Development:
Directly lead, mentor, and accountability-manage 5 Account Managers overseeing ~250 frontline team members.
Budget & Financial Oversight:
Drive profitability, control labor and supply costs, and manage multi-site operating budgets.
Client Relations & Quality Control:
Perform routine site inspections, ensure strict contract compliance, and build lasting client partnerships.
Safety & Operations:
Serve as the regional safety champion, ensuring site-specific safety training, compliance, and equipment maintenance. 24/7
Responsiveness:
Provide operational guidance and emergency escalation support across all operating shifts.
