Iconic Build and Design is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and residential projects throughout the Charlotte and Fort Mill market. We're looking for a hands-on PM who can own multiple jobs, keep trades accountable, protect schedules and budgets, maintain quality, and communicate clearly with clients. 3+ years of professional construction project management experience required. What You'll Own Own projects from sales handoff through completion across five areas: Scope. Schedule. Cost. Quality. Communication. You'll be the project lead for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal team, with administrative support for scheduling and documentation. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial and residential projects. Own scope, schedules, budgets, and progress. Coordinate trades and hold them accountable for schedule and quality. Visit job sites and verify progress and workmanship. Keep clients and the internal team informed. Resolve field issues and keep projects moving. Lead projects through completion and closeout. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial, residential, or a combination of both project types. Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling. Experience managing project budgets and controlling costs. Experience managing subcontractors and trade partners. Strong client communication and relationship-management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within established systems and processes. Ability to make decisions and maintain urgency when projects encounter challenges. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing both commercial and residential construction. Commercial upfit or renovation experience. Residential remodeling experience. New construction experience. Design-build experience. Experience managing projects with multiple subcontractor trades. Spanish/English bilingual ability. You'll Be a Strong Fit If... Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
