SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Manager to oversee reconstruction operations serving our Indian Land/Kershaw market. We are looking for a strong leader with proven construction estimating experience who can manage projects, develop accurate estimates, lead a team, and ensure projects are completed successfully from start to finish. This is a non-negotiable qualification for the position. What You'll Do Manage reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion Prepare, review, and manage detailed estimates using Xactimate Oversee project budgets, costs, schedules, and profitability Coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Lead, coach, and hold reconstruction staff accountable for performance and productivity Review project scopes and ensure work is completed according to specifications Monitor job progress, identify issues, and resolve problems proactively Maintain accurate project documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and development of reconstruction team members Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, subcontractors, and referral sources Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous management or supervisory experience Hands-on Xactimate experience —

Construction estimating experience —

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, labor, and project costs Ability to read and understand scopes of work and construction documentation Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team

Preferred:

Previous experience in the restoration/reconstruction industry Experience with insurance claims and adjusters IICRC certifications Experience managing residential and/or commercial reconstruction projects Experience with job management and estimating software Why Join SERVPRO?
