Job Description Barringer Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects within our Construction Management department. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality from pre-construction through closeout, leveraging advanced software tools to drive efficiency and transparency. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, overseeing RFIs, change orders, and contracts, and ensuring strict safety and code compliance. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet milestones Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders Collaborate with design, engineering, and technology teams to optimize delivery Drive continuous improvement using data, software tools, and best practices Required Skills Construction project management Scheduling (CPM, Primavera, MS Project) Budgeting and cost control Contract administration RFIs and submittals management Change order management Construction drawing review Building codes and safety compliance Vendor and subcontractor management Risk management
