Job Description
- we are looking for a Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship. Responsibilities Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $8M to $25M+ annually Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project

- client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
- Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc.
- Managing overall project document control Plan and coordinate construction activities Evaluate risk Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 5+ recent years as project manager, with commercial general contractor construction experience.
