Job Description
Commercial Construction Superintendent Greenwood, SC A respected and growing commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day jobsite operations from groundbreaking through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality. Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors. Schedule deliveries, manpower, and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently. Maintain daily reports, site documentation, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Qualifications 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience. Proven ability to manage commercial projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, safety, and subcontractor management. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office. OSHA certification is preferred.
