Construction Field Coordinator

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Field Coordinator to join our team in Lexington, SC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can operate independently, and has hands-on construction experience. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track by coordinating field activities and ensuring quality standards are met. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Additional hours may be required based on project needs

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$50,000 per year Performance-based bonus potential Gas allowance and expense account provided Company vehicle available after proven performance Key Responsibilities Oversee job sites to ensure projects are progressing on schedule Coordinate inspections with local authorities and inspectors Manage and coordinate material deliveries to job sites Perform and/or coordinate punch-list repairs and final touches Communicate effectively with crews, subcontractors, and management Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all projects Qualifications Previous construction experience required Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have access to a reliable, clean vehicle What We're Looking For Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive Professional communication and leadership abilities Willingness to take ownership of projects from start to finish If you're looking for a position where you can take ownership, grow with a company, and be part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you.
