Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP CCC or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply Expertise in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred Ability to develop and implement IEPs Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Serve as a resource for teachers, families, and colleagues regarding student communication needs Maintain clear documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths and needs Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities Engage students by using evidence-based therapy approaches and creative interventions Advocate for students' speech and language success within the school environment You'll step into a supportive community that values your expertise and passion for helping children communicate confidently.
