Do you excel at leading crews, building high-end outdoor spaces, and delivering top-tier quality, but feel limited in your current role? We are a growing, quality-driven landscape company looking for an Install Production Manager to take ownership of our installation division. In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales team, our field crews, and our clients. You won't be responsible for selling, estimating, or dealing with endless GC paperwork. Instead, your entire focus will be on leading great crews, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship, keeping jobs on schedule, and taking care of the customer once construction starts.
What You'll Do Field Leadership:
Direct, mentor, and manage 2 to 3 installation crews plus a dedicated materials runner. Enforce start times, organize daily production, and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Quality Control & Craftsmanship:
Conduct daily job-site visits to inspect work (paver patios, retaining walls, plantings, sod, irrigation) and catch mistakes before jobs are completed. Drive a "zero-callback" standard.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners and site managers from the start of construction to the final walkthrough.
Change Orders & Communication:
Identify client requests for additional work on-site, document the details, and coordinate with our sales team for pricing and approval.
Logistics & Bulk Purchasing:
Coordinate bulk material orders (sand, mulch, aggregate, soil) so materials arrive on-site before crews need them.
Schedule Alignment:
Work early start hours alongside crews to set them up for success every morning.
What We're Looking For Technical Expertise:
3+ years of hands-on experience leading landscape construction crews, with deep technical knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, finish grading, plantings, and irrigation systems.
Leadership & Character:
A natural servant-leader who earns respect by setting a strong example, supporting and coaching crew members, and holding people accountable.
Customer Communication:
Professional, clear, and personable communication skills when speaking with clients, vendors, and team members.
Organization & Drive:
Highly organized with an eye for detail and a pride in finishing jobs on time and on budget.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance).

Paid weekly [$68k-$76k, based on experience]
