Residential Coordinator Job Description Provenance Recruitment & Staffing is currently seeking a Residential Coordinator to oversee the delivery of services for consumers residing in residential programs. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The ideal candidate will have a background in human services, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience working with the target population.
Job Summary:
The Residential Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and directing the overall service delivery system for residents in CTH II homes. This includes ensuring quality care, compliance with program requirements, and effective documentation. The role requires leadership, organization, and the ability to manage both daily operations and crisis situations as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee services provided to all consumers in assigned residential programs Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services, incidents, and progress Supervise and support direct care staff in delivering individualized services Provide crisis intervention and be available for on-call emergencies Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams Assist with developing, monitoring, and implementing individual support plans (ISPs) Ensure safe, supportive, and person-centered environments for all residents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (required) Minimum 21 years of age (required) At least 1 year of experience working with the target population (required) Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered support
